Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work only in Calgary?
I am based in Calgary and serve clients in and around the surrounding area. I also build and ship projects across Canada and the United States using custom foam lined crates. All projects are fully insured for their journey to their new home.
How long does a build take?
Game tables and dining tables typically take 2 to 4 weeks once the build begins. Accent furniture timelines vary based on complexity and scale. Each timeline is addressed based on the scope of the project and is communicated during or initial conversations
How does payment work?
A $250 queue holding deposit secures your place in my build schedule and allows final design details to be locked in. About two weeks before your build begins, a 50 percent material deposit is due. The final balance is due when the piece is complete and ready for delivery or shipping.
Do you offer a warranty?
I do not offer a traditional written warranty. I stand behind my craftsmanship and want you to reach out if something does not feel right. While normal wear, misuse, and negligence are not covered, genuine craftsmanship issues will always be addressed.
